We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as People Analytics Expert. In this role, you will lead the conceptual development of our global People Analytics strategy and oversee all HR Reporting related metrics, processes and projects. In this strategic but also hands-on role you will have chance to design reports and dashboards, work closely with various stakeholders and support Head of HR with people analytics topics.

Our goals - Your path

People Analytics Strategy, Reporting and Processes:

  • Conceptual development of the global People Analytics strategy
  • Definition of internal HR Reporting processes and participation in internal projects
  • Analyses and reports for various HR areas (talent, learning, regional HR, area HR, country HR)
  • Quarterly global data quality analyses
  • Global rollout and training for dashboard, data literacy etc
  • Ad hoc analyses and presentations for the Head of HR
  • Preparation of the annual HR risk assessment in collaboration with the Head of HR
  • Close collaboration with internal IT and the Business Intelligence team on relevant topics
  • Integration of acquisitions into the reporting structure

HRIS:

  • Responsible for the People Analytics dashboard on SAP Analytics Cloud
  • Design and implementation of reports in SuccessFactors
  • Preparation of SuccessFactors for annual compensation processes
  • Redesign of FTE reporting processes between HR and Finance

ESG:

  • Responsible for HR metrics related to ESG and sustainability analyses
  • Responsible for the HR Sustainability Scorecard
  • Responding to external surveys (Dow Jones Sustainability, Ecovadis, etc.)

Your expertise - Our strength

Your expertise - Our strength

  • Bachelor / Master degree, preferably in business analytics, economics, management, statistics
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Business Analytics with demonstrated ability to create and enhance analytics, processes, reporting and self-service analytics tools
  • Fluency in English, German language is of advantage
  • A proven track record of translating data and metrics into measurable HR trends
  • Advanced analytical and data management skills; hands-on experience manipulating and deriving insight from large datasets
  • Advanced Excel and PPT skills
  • Experience with BI tools
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to develop strategic recommendations
  • Team oriented: strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with all stakeholders
